i know this album might make no sense - it involves different styles, set ups, jams, live recordings - that's cause these are all demos.

personally I often preferred the demo tracks to the official ones by the artists that I love,

and these days, partly cause I've changed style (less electronic, more guitar) I've felt the need to do "proper recording sessions", but then again I haven't had the means, time, energy and money to do that. I got a bit bored of doing the bedroom production... and I'm also at a loss when mixing (you may also see this as a lil cry for help, maybe one day a classic old school producer will come into my life and help me finish these songs... or maybe another pandemic comes, and I'll have lots of time to kill in my room.... it may be a complete and nice album one day).

i'm still playing a bunch of vida voyage live shows tho - and people have been asking where they can listen to the music. well, altho somewhat scrappily, now they can <3

these recordings were made during the last 3 years, in many different places and moods. aside from this lil solo project, I have several other projects going on, and it's hard to give everything proper attention. but maybe the charm of demos are that they aren't as controlled and curated - they're scrappy and more like poetry, and I'd rather that these recordings exist out there as such, than that they not exist at all.
